"Hold my breath as you’re movin’ in,taste your lips and feel your skin
when the time comes, baby don’t run, just kiss me slowly” - Parachute; Kiss Me Slowly
What can I say? I love Castle and Beckett, Love Coffee, Love kisses and I love all 3 things together. So this is how and why a made this. I totally love the sweet drawings of them - it’s always so much fun to draw them. But I really really had so much fun as I drew that one :)

And, yeah, you can have PTSD and still be furiously angry. You can be angry at your father’s partner in the absence of someone else to blame and that partner can still find a way to help you through it.
Life isn’t black and white, people.
I think you summed it up absolutely accurately with the words “in the absence of someone else to blame.” As humans we lash out at the people closest (both in proximity and emotionally) to us, and yeah, Kate’s going to possibly get the brunt of that emotional upheaval from a scared 20 year old girl who doesn’t know what the hell is happening to her dad. That makes sense, PTSD or no. It makes just as much sense as Kate lashing out at Castle in Kill Shot, and just as much sense as Alexis being upset at the situation in Cops and Robbers. To me it has nothing really to do with how Alexis feels about Beckett herself and everything to do with the situation.
The problem is people seem to think if Alexis looks at Kate Beckett cross-eyed that means she’s harboring a deep-seated hatred toward her and she must be stopped. Because people think the only function Alexis should serve is to be a cute but not too cute plot device to bring Castle and Beckett together before going far, far away. Anything Alexis does is an opportunity to harp on her.
